Removing Shares

You can either remove a share, or remove a user from accessing a share. This can be done for both assets and collections.

Removing a Share

1. Visit the Asset Page or the Collection page for the share that you want to administrate.
2. On the left click the Sharing button to open the Sharing panel.
3. Right click or click on the three dots icon
4. Choose Delete Share

Removing one share recipient from a share

1. Visit the Asset Page or the Collection page for the share that you want to administrate.
2. On the left click the Sharing button to open the Sharing panel.
3. Open the share that you are interest in by clicking on the down arrow
4. Right click or click on the three dots icon on the row for the user that you wish to remove.
5. Choose Delete User
