Archive Storage
With iconik you setup one or more storages with the purpose of being an archive destination. This might be a tier of storage with cheaper costs or just a storage that is away from normal users.
Setup a storage for archive.
From the normal Storage menu you create a new Cloud storage with the purpose of "Archive". There are instructions for new storage creation in our help pages for adding storages.
Using Archive Storage
Once an archive storage is setup users can archive formats to the storage. This will copy the files for that format to the archive storage and then remove the files from the original storage that they came from.
When a format is archived, it is possible to restore it to your main storage.
You can also search for archive storage if you have enabled it in the search filters.
