Roles

  • Can_read_assets
  • Can_read_formats
  • Can_delete_files
  • Can_delete_formats

Deleting Assets Formats

If you have the correct role can_delete_formats or you are a Power User you will be able to delete a format/file/subtitle or proxy:

Please make sure that you wish to delete the entity

  1. Go to the asset
  2. Open the files panel
  3. Right click on the format which you wish to delete.
  4. Select Delete
  5. Click to confirm.

The format, proxy or subtitle you are deleting will be placed in the recycle bin. This is usually deleted after 24 hours.
