Roles

These are the roles that are needed:

The iconik Billing Invoices page shows the current and past invoices for your account.

Viewing billing invoices

To view the billing section you must have the relevant billing roles. Your administrator can help you add roles.

  1. Click on your user in the top right.
  2. Choose Billing from the menu.
  3. You will now see the billing pages.
  4. Choose Billing invoices icon on the right.
  5. The Billing invoices page will show.

Billing table

The tables shows:

  • Invoice number
  • Amount
  • The description of the invoice
  • Status of whether it is paid or outstanding.
  • Date of the invoice
  • Which user paid it, if it was paid.
  • Link for getting to the receipt for the invoice once paid.

Downloading the paid receipt as a PDF

  1. Click on the link for the receipt that you are interested in.
  2. A page will open up with the details of the receipt.
  3. Click on the Download as PDF link at the bottom.

Changing who gets the billing receipt email.

You can change this on the billing details page.
