The following guide assumes that you have an account on iconik and that you can log in.
1. Setting your User Information
Your user profile holds your preferences on how iconik will work for you and then details about how you are seen to other users in the system. Choosing which notifications you want
You can choose to be notified on certain events happening within iconik such as requests for review and approve, or comments being made on assets that you have commented on. These notifications will either come through as emails, or as notifications showing up in iconik when you are logged in. If you are not logged in at the time of the notification being sent, they will be stored until you next login and read them.
The notifications can be turned on and off for either web notifications that will appear in iconik, or turned on and off from you receiving emails with the detail of the notification.
Once you have logged in:
- Click on the top right on your user icon and select Edit Profile.
- On the left-hand side click on the bell icon
- Then click on Settings
- Choose whether you want to get settings on Web or Email or both for each notification type.
