These are the roles that are needed:

Setting Date and DateTime Formats

You can set your individual preferences on how dates and dates with times should be formatted. This overrules for you personally what is set by administrators of the system.

Setting the Formatting

  1. Click on the top right on you user icon and select Edit Profile.
  2. Choose Display Settings tab.
  3. Change the Date Format and/or the Date Time Format Settings
  4. Click to save.

The letters to use correspond to the Unicode UTS35 LDML Symbols.
