Search Metadata
From the search page it's possible to open a metadata panel for viewing and editing metadata for assets and collections.
The metadata panel on the right will show the currently or last selected asset or collections metadata. The metadata displayed will be based on the metadata view for assets or collections that is configured on your system.
Viewing Metadata
To view metadata on an asset.
- Go to the search page (or collection page) by clicking on the "SEARCH" text at the top of the page.
- Open the metadata panel is opened by clicking on the metadata icon.
- If you wish, search for the results that you want to search for
- Click on any results in the search page on the image or row.
- The metadata panel will update with the last selected asset or collection.
Editing Metadata
To edit the metadata follow the instructions for viewing the metadata.
- Click on the field that you wish to edit
- Change the metadata as you need
- Continue changing other fields that you wish to update
- Click when you are finished.
