Link Assets
An Link Asset is an asset without any files associated with it.
The following are example use-cases:
- Link to Youtube videos, external images, or Google Drive documents
- Integration with external systems.
Creating Link Assets
Go to the search page, and do the following:
- Click on the gearbox.
- Choose Add New Link
- In the dialog that appears fill in a title and the URL to the external site.
- Click on to create.
