Video Player Captions
The iconik Frame-Accurate Video Player can playback video and show Captions/Subtitles whilst playing when they are available.
Multiple captions/subtitles can be associated to a video asset and each can be defined with a language and whether they are closed captions or not.
Switching.
When captions are available, the menu item 'Subtitles' will be enabled.
Clicking on this will open a menu with which you can:
- Turn off the playback of Captions/Subtitles.
- Choose between the available Captions/Subtitles.
Adding Captions
Captions or Subtitles have to be associated to one asset. The caption file should be in one of the supported formats, see supported formats for more information.

Captions can also be generated based on the content in the video using Google Video Intelligence
Managing Captions and subtitles
If you have the correct role you will be able to delete a caption, it is however not possible yet to delete a Google Video Intelligence Caption.
